Our program is your program. Since everyone's goals, needs, fitness level, and experience level are different, we listen to you, tailor a program, and keep you on track.
Your Personal Program will consist of one or more of the following elements:
A weekly schedule for training on various pieces of equipment here at the center
A personalized strengthening program.
A personalized stretching and flexibility program.
On and off days for each exercise to give muscle groups adequate rest.
Personalized recommendations for level of resistance, repetition, and duration of exercises.
Supplementary programs as needed including Yoga, Martial Arts, and Aerobics.
Personalized dietary recommendations.
Personalized at-home stretching and exercise recommendations.
