Deep Tissue Massage: Our therapist will apply pressure to trigger points along your body to loosen built up lactic acid and release block energy.

Sweedish Massage
This massage combines traditional Swedish massage with gliding stroke to ease your mind and body while improving circulation. Light to moderate pressure would be applied.

Personal Body Stretching: Designed to align muscles to the skeleton facilitating a deeper flow of oxygen, blood and energy throughout the entire body. Light massage and a heavenly scalp massage will be added to conclude your experience.
